Elderflower Rose Martini

Another week of social distancing down, so what do we do to celebrate?

WE MAKE CUTE-AS-SHIT MARTINIS THAT’S WHAT WE DO.

What I love about this recipe is that it’s perfectly refreshing for a hot summer day (from our patios, of course), it’s aesthetically-pleasing (it has rose pedals for God’s sake), and it’s EASY to make.

I could go on and on about how fabulous this drink is, but I would hate to keep you a second longer from your well-deserved quarantine-friendly cocktail. I will say that you will love the botanicals in this awesome gin – it includes citrus peel, cardamom, coriander seed, juniper, clove honey, and mint. Ah, so good.

Ingredients

ALCOHOL

Seersucker Southern Style Gin

In a chilled martini glass, add 1.5 fluid ounces (44 mL) of gin

STEP TWO

TIP

Stir, don’t shake (shaking “bruises” the gin and masks the botanicals you want to taste)
