3 Infused Water Recipes

Most of us struggle to drink more water even though we know it has endless benefits. I was so tired of feeling lethargic, acne-prone, and dealing with throbbing headaches that I decided enough is enough – I am going to make my water intake an exciting ritual. I started infusing fruit and herbs in my glass tumbler and after just a few days I started noticing that I had more energy, my skin was softer, and my stomach was less bloated. My favorite recipe is water with lemon, cucumber, and mint, but I like to change it up so I don’t get bored. During the wintertime I add fruits high in vitamin C, and in the summertime I add ginger, lemon, and peppermint to help with bloat. Want to make your own recipe? There is no right way to do this, so play around with a few different fruits and herbs until you find the perfect one that makes you want to drink water all day.


How To Make Infused Water:

Choose 1-2 fruits

Choose an herb

Choose an add-on (cinnamon, honey, cayenne pepper, etc)
