Revive Post-Workout Hair

DON'T SWEAT IT!

Exercising every day is awesome, but do you know what is not so awesome? Greasy. Stinky. Gym hair. Sometimes you simply just don’t have the time and that’s okay! Follow these tips on quickly reviving your locks.

DRY SHAMPOO

Applying dry shampoo before your workout is substantially more effective than applying it afterward; you want the product to absorb the oil before it starts producing.

DRY SHAMPOO

Apply the product directly to the roots (about 8 inches away), underneath front layers, towards the crown, and behind the ears. Massage for 30 seconds and put your hair into a low ponytail or braid.

COOL DOWN

Instantly volumize your hair and cool down your scalp by blow-drying the  scalp for a few minutes on the cool setting - flip hair upside down and run fingers through it.

UTILIZE THE SWEAT

Your hair will naturally have some curl to it after working out. To keep the look, put your hair in braids before you start exercising,  spray the ends with a sea salt spray, and blow dry hair on cool before taking out the braids for a wavy look.
